SERVICES IN MACHINES

Electromechanical Inspections

Electrical and mechanical conditions evaluations, including detailed inspection at roller, ball and sleeve bearings and insulation resistance measures.

Revision and Reimpregnation

Complete or partial disassembling for mechanical and electrical cleaning and also for winding reimpregnation of high and medium voltages machines.

Repairs

Corona points correction, replacement of bearings and sleeve bearings, general electrical and mechanical repairs, field balancing, laser alignment, among others.

Tests

Spectral vibration analysis, ODS (Operating Deflection Shape) analysis, ruptured bars analysis, power analysis, thermography, efficiency and insulation tests.

Assembly and Installation

Assembling and field installation of electric motors and generators and their excitation and control systems, including laser alignment and hydraulic torque.

Commissioning

TIAKI, also originated from Maori, means “care/protection”, that is the objective of this analysis developed by the KIAPAI's technical team, based on the experience of more than 20 years in the market.

The diagnostic allows the identification of insulation quality and current condition of the equipment through a battery of specific tests, TIAKI permits:
